1. You can buy goods from the e-shop by choosing the right product and adding it to the cart. You cannot buy product with the remark: "the product is no longer in stock, you can choose another one". If you are interested in a product that is not available at the moment, we suggest you contact us by e-mail, email@example.com or by phone +372 566 77 096 to get information about availability of the product or submit a special order.

3. Price and availability of products can change. We guarantee the prices valid when submitting the order. If it is not possible to deliver the product, the e-shop will contact the purchaser and return the money. The e-shop reserves the right to withdraw from the transaction, if the price of the goods is displayed incorrectly (technical error, human error, etc.). In such a case money shall be returned to the purchaser.
4. If you have a valid voucher (COUPON) promo code, you must start the order from "Add to the cart" and add the promo code to box "coupon", and thereafter press "OK". The system shall display new special price.
5. The buyer chooses the method and place of delivery (Smartpost, VeniPak / DPD Courier or Homedecor store "Kulp" in Tallinn Ülemiste center). Shipping costs will be added to the order total price.
5.1. The order will be shipped out after the payment has been received to the Home Decor Baltics OÜ bank account.
5.2. If possible, the ordered items will be shipped out within two (2) business days of ordering, but no later than seven (7) business days after receipt of the payment. If possible, orders placed before 13:00 are shipped on the same day.
5.3. Orders are not processed or shipped out during weekends or during bank holidays.
5.4. Home Decor Baltics OÜ is not be obliged to ship out the order if the payment has not been received.
5.5. If you choose "KULP" store as the delivery method, you must pick up the ordered items no later than 3 (three) business days after the Seller has notified the Buyer by email or by telephone that the items may be picked up.
6. You can pay for the products in euros (EUR) choosing the suitable bank link, by card payment or bank transfer. In case the payment is not made within 2 business days, e-shop is entitled to cancel the order.
7. Maksekeskus AS is the cooperation partner of e-shop, the receiver of payments (via bank links and card payments).
8. You can also pay by using Liisi or LHV payment by instalments. For more information about Liisi payment by instalments see www.liisi.ee or call 675 5055. For more information about LHV payment by instalments see www.lhv.ee or call 6800 400.
9. You can also pay for the products using the service provided by DPD Courier: "Cash on Delivery".
10. The purchaser is responsible for correctness of the provided data. The seller is not responsible for the consequences arising from entering inaccurate data.
11. The purchaser is entitled to inform e-shop about his wish to cancel the contract within 14 days. The product to be returned must be complete, in the original package, and the product must not be used. The purchaser shall return the product and pay for the transport fee. The goods must be returned to the store of "Home Decor Baltics OÜ“, located at Valukoja 25, Tallinn. To return the goods, we kindly ask you to send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the following data: goods to be returend, invoice number, bank account number where money shall be returned to. Money shall be returned not later than within 14 days as from returning the goods. Only money for goods will be refunded, the shipping cost is not refundable.
12. Home Decor Baltics OÜ shall be responsible for the non-conformity and defects of products that occur within 2 years from the transfer of the product to the purchaser.. The period for submitting a claim by private person is 2 years. Within this period, if the complaint is justified, the purchaser is entitled to have the product repaired free fo charge. Home Decor Baltics OÜ shall not be liable for the defects caused by misuse and normal wear and tear of the product. The purchaser must provide the purchase documents confirming the date of purchase and that the goods have been purchased from Home Decor Baltics OÜ. In case the serial number of the product has been removed, possible complaints regarding defects shall not be regarded as justified. Any complaints with regard to the defects of products should be sent to the e-mail address email@example.com
13. If the purchased product requires after-sales service, maintenance, etc., it can be brought to Hometoor Baltics OÜ store to Valukoja 25, Tallinn, 11415 or you may agree with the e-shop another place suitable for both parties (Homedecor Baltics OÜ sales facility).
